Ministry of National Planning and Developement is launching an NGO law for all Non-gorvernmental Organizations (local and international) working in Somaliland. The Ministry is also on the same day launching an online Development Assistance Database. The system is intended for monitoring and evaluating programs and projects implemented in somaliland.
