Planning Department

Responsible for formulating national development policies, preparing development plans, and coordinating sector planning activities.

Collects, processes, and disseminates statistical data to support evidence-based planning and decision-making.

Coordinates development assistance, manages donor relations, and oversees NGO registration and activities.

Manages the Somaliland Development Fund and oversees implementation of development projects.

Provides administrative support, human resources management, and financial services to the Ministry.
